Ginger Citrus Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 large carrot (or 1/2 cup roughly chopped carrots)
- 1/4 cup onion, roughy chopped
- 1 large orange or 2 small oranges (peeled then chopped)
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 3 tbsp flavorless oil like canola, vegetable, or avocado oil
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency
- Drizzle dressing over your salad and pour the leftovers in an airtight jar or container to use throughout the week
