Hi, I’m Olivia — a working mom and recipe developer for this here blog 🙂
Here on my corner of the internet, you’ll find practical weeknight recipes that don’t compromise on taste. They are quick, customizable, and designed to fit real family life.
I lean on bold flavors (with plenty of garlic), nourishing ingredients, and smart shortcuts to make cooking less stressful and more enjoyable. You’ll also find lots of meal prep and freezer friendly recipes, and other creative ways to save time and money in the kitchen.
Many of my recipes are inspired by my Korean heritage, but they’re always approachable and adaptable, whether you’re cooking for kids, a partner, or just yourself.
A little more about me...
Food has always been part of who I am, but it wasn’t until I became a mom that I truly understood the weeknight dinner struggle. Between work, parenting, and everything else, I needed meals that were fast, affordable, and still felt special.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and have spent my career supporting families. I know what it’s like to juggle a demanding job and home life, and I want this space to ease that load for you.
I also understand that budget, geography, and dietary restrictions are very real. As such, my recipes are created with heavy consideration for cost and ingredient accessibility. I also include substitutions and customizations within every recipe to fit your family’s diverse needs.
