This Berry Yogurt Bark is the perfect snack to reach for when you’re feeling snacky but still want to keep things light and healthy. It’s a quick, no-bake frozen snack that’s perfect for hot days, lunchboxes, or post-workout refueling.
The best part? The berries make it look and taste like a sweet dessert. The Greek yogurt offers a boost of protein, and you can customize with your preferred choice of fruits and other toppings. It just requires a few simple steps to put together and is also a fun recipe to make with little ones.

Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper so the bark won’t stick.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Taste and add sweetness as you prefer—it sets firm in the freezer. If using flavored yogurt that’s already sweetened, no need to add additional sweetener.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the lined pan, aiming for about a ¼-inch thickness.
Scatter the sliced strawberries and whole blueberries on top. Press them in gently so they don’t slide after freezing. You can also use frozen berries instead of fresh.
Let it freeze for at least 2 hours (overnight is great, too).
Once firm, break it into rough bark pieces with your hands or slice with a knife.
Keep the pieces in an airtight container or freezer bag. Enjoy within 2–3 months.
This recipe is basically frozen Greek yogurt meets frozen fruit. It only needs 3 ingredients, yet it looks fancy, tastes indulgent, and is filled with protein. Plus, no chopping, no blending—just line, top, freeze, and eat.
This berry yogurt bark is creamy, fruity, and totally reusable in your freezer routine. It’s the perfect no-stress snack that looks and tastes like a treat. Let me know if you try it (and how long it lasts in your freezer)!
