3 Ingredient Pumpkin Waffles
Ingredients
- 2 cups Krusteaz "Just Add Water" Pancake Mix
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add pancake mix, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and water to a medium bowl and whisk until just mixed (do not overmix the batter). Add more water 1 tbsp at a time if batter feels too dry.
- Cook pancakes on a hot skillet until golden on both sides.
- Serve with maple syrup
