If you’ve ever tried the viral Marry Me Chicken Pasta, you know how creamy, comforting, and downright irresistible it is. This Marry Me Ravioli takes the same indulgent and irresistible flavors — sun-dried tomatoes, cream, Parmesan — and pairs them with pillowy ravioli for an even easier (and dare I say, tastier) version.
Marry Me Ravioli is a creamy, cheesy pasta dish inspired by the viral Marry Me Chicken. Instead of chicken, tender ravioli is tossed in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce with Parmesan and baby spinach.
This recipe is perfect for weeknights when you want something that feels a little more elevated than pasta and red sauce. It also works beautifully if you’re looking to woo a certain someone with a romantic dinner at home. If you’re in need of an easy but elegant Valentine’s Day dinner at home, for example, this is an obvious choice.
This recipe serves 4. Here’s what you’ll need to make this dreamy Marry Me Ravioli:
Seasoning blend:
Boil ravioli according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until caramelized (about 5-6 minutes), then add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add butter and sun dried tomatoes, tomato paste and the seasoning blend. Saute for 1 minute to cook off the tomato, then pour in chicken stock and heavy cream. Mix well.
Add drained ravioli to the pan, toss with Parmesan, then stir in baby spinach. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
Plate the ravioli, top with extra Parmesan, and enjoy!
Can I use frozen ravioli?
Yes! Just cook according to package instructions before tossing with the sauce.
What ravioli fillings work for this recipe?
Any type of ravioli works well for this recipe. You can use a cheese and spinach ravioli or something that includes meat. Lobster ravioli would make this dish extra fancy and special.
Can I make it vegetarian?
Swap chicken stock for vegetable broth and choose cheese or veggie-filled ravioli.
What other pasta can I use?
Tortellini works beautifully, but penne or fettuccine also hold up well with the sauce.
How do I store leftovers?
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk or pasta water to loosen the sauce.
This Marry Me Ravioli is creamy, comforting, and quick — everything I want in a pasta dinner. Between this and my Marry Me Chicken Pasta, I have to say this one is my personal favorite. It’s the ultimate cozy and comforting dish that’s fit for any occasion (or any weeknight).
