Ingredients
- 1 large carrot, roughly chopped about 3/4 cup
- 1/4 cup white onion, roughy chopped
- 1/2 large orange (peeled then chopped) about 1/2 cup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice about 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 3 tbsp flavorless oil like canola, vegetable, or avocado oil
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency
