Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped into cubes (See recipe for Yogurt Marinated Chicken for reference)
  • 1.5 cups chopped tomatos
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce plus additional for dipping
  • 4 pitas

Instructions
 

  • Spread about 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce on each pita
  • Layer with chopped chicken, chopped tomatoes, and sliced red onions. Top with feta cheese crumbles and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve with additional tzatziki sauce on the side.
