Sliced green onions and black sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Drain out the water from the tofu container. Wrap the tofu block with 2 full sheets of paper towels to absorb the liquid then wring out the water and wrap again. Continue to do this until there is virtually no liquid being absorbed.
Chop the tofu into small bite-sized cubes.
Add the tofu and teriyaki sauce to a medium bowl then gently mix until each tofu cube is coated with the sauce. Sprinkle corn starch over the tofu and mix again until the corn starch is no longer visible.
Lay the tofu out onto the air fryer try in a single layer. Spread out the tofu so they do not touch. If you are placing your tofu directly on the tray, be sure to spray the tray generously before placing your tofu.
Air fry at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes.
Once your tofu is cooked, assemble your Buddha Bowl. Add your cooked tofu over a bowl of rice and grains (I used cooked short grain rice and quinoa). Top with your steamed broccoli then drizzle with sriracha hot sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
