Air Fryer Ravioli

Mini ravioli bites breaded with egg and panko and toasted in the air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz ravioli Frozen or fresh in any size will do
  • 1 cup Raos homemade marinara
  • cooking oil spray avocado oil recommended
  • additional grated Parmigiano-Reggiano for topping

For the breading

  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano or Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cook ravioli for 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, add eggs and mix. Season lightly with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • In another bowl, add panko, parm cheese, and remaining seasonings for breading mixture. Mix and set aside.
  • Dunk each cooked ravioli in the egg mixture using one hand, then with the other hand dunk in the panko mixture until evenly coated.
