These air fryer cookie cups are the easiest dessert you’ll ever make! Soft, chewy, and filled with your favorite toppings like chocolate chips, Nutella, or Oreo. Just 10 minutes in the air fryer!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Air-Fryer-Safe cups
  • Large bowl
  • Mixer or whisk
  • Sifter
  • Ice cream scooper

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp butter softened (1 stick)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

TOPPINGS (Choose one or make a variety)

  • Chocolate chips 2 tbsp per cup
  • Sprinkles 1 tsp per cup
  • Nutella 1 tbsp per cup
  • Oreo 1 oreo cookie per cup
  • Vanilla ice cream* optional, 1 scoop per cup

Instructions

  • To a large bowl, combine butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg. Whisk until the mixture is creamy.
  • Sift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined. The dough should come together but still be sticky. Be careful not to over-mix.
  • Scoop 2-3 tbsp of the batter into each air fryer cup or silicon mold and use a small spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth out the top. Add your toppings of choice (chocolate chips, sprinkles, nutella, or oreo).
  • Pre-heat the air fryer to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the cookie cups for 10 to 12 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are just golden and a toothpick run through the center comes out clean. Remove from the air fryer and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serve immediately.
