Add all seasonings and oil to a large bowl and mix. Add the chicken drumsticks and massage well. If leaving the skin on, be sure to get the seasoning under the skin as well.
Let the chicken sit in the seasoning for about 20 minutes if time allows.
Place the chicken in the air fryer ensuring each piece is spaced apart. Air fry at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes while flipping the chicken halfway through, then again at 400 for a final 3 to 5 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat is 170-175 degrees (cooking time may vary depending on the size of your meat).
Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop and sprinkle on parsley. Baste the cooked chicken on both sides with the butter sauce before serving.
