Looking for instant ramen hacks? One of the best things about instant ramen is that it is quick to make, and you can customize it with your own spices and sauces. This peanut butter ramen recipe is the perfect meal if you are on a budget or looking for a quick meal.
What are instant noodles or instant ramen?
Instant noodles, also known as instant ramen, are precooked noodles that have been shaped into a block and dried. Since the instant noodles are already precooked, it only takes about 3 minutes to prepare with hot or boiling water.
Instant noodles are typically sold in small packages, cups, or bowls, along with flavoring packets of dried seasonings and seasoning oil. They can be found with a wide variety of flavors, but you can also add ingredients to create different instant ramen recipes!
How to make instant ramen better with peanut butter:
Cook your instant noodles in boiling water according to the package instructions, and save about 1.5 to 2 cups of the starchy noodle water.
Add peanut butter, Sriracha hot sauce, honey, and grated garlic in a bowl. Then add the spice packets that come with your instant noodle package. Drizzle the starchy noodle water into the bowl and mix.
You can add less water to make a peanut butter sauce to toss your noodles in, or add more water to create a more soupy broth. I love broth, so you can see I made my peanut butter ramen more brothy instead of a sauce! Just add enough water until your desired consistency.
