Add the chicken breasts to a large bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
TO BAKE THE CHICKEN:
Space the chicken apart in a single layer on a baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
TO AIR FRY THE CHICKEN:
Space the chicken apart in a single layer and air fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 6-9 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
