Yogurt Marinated Chicken

Equipment

  • Large bowl with lid or plastic wrap to cover
  • baking pan
  • Meat thermometer

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken breasts to a large bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated with the marinade.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

TO BAKE THE CHICKEN:

  • Space the chicken apart in a single layer on a baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

TO AIR FRY THE CHICKEN:

  • Space the chicken apart in a single layer and air fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 6-9 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
