Whipped Ricotta and Honey Crostini

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz ricotta
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Add ricotta and salt to a food processor.
  • With the processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until whipped and airy.
  • Spread whipped ricotta onto each crostini.
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with lemon zest.
  • Serve immediately.
