Ingredients

Dumpling Bake

  • 12 Frozen dumplings Add more or less depending on the size of your pan
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste or gochujang
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 6 oz Bok choy chopped

Garnishes (Optional)

  • 1 stalk Green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • Chili oil or chili crunch* optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a baking pan, whisk together the coconut milk, curry paste or gochujang, oyster sauce, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
  • Add the chopped bok choy evenly over the sauce and mix.
  • Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer and spoon sauce over the tops.
  • Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the dumplings to lightly crisp on top.
  • Garnish as desired and serve immediately.

Notes

- No thawing required.
- Taste before adding the chili crunch at the end as the gochujang on its own provides a good amount of heat to the dish.
- A smaller pan will leave extra sauce, which is great over rice.
