This viral dumpling bake is an easy one-pan recipe made with Costco frozen dumplings and baked in a creamy coconut curry sauce. No pan-frying required — just mix, bake, and serve!
In a baking pan, whisk together the coconut milk, curry paste or gochujang, oyster sauce, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
Add the chopped bok choy evenly over the sauce and mix.
Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer and spoon sauce over the tops.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the dumplings to lightly crisp on top.
Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- No thawing required.- Taste before adding the chili crunch at the end as the gochujang on its own provides a good amount of heat to the dish.- A smaller pan will leave extra sauce, which is great over rice.
