Spicy Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice bread of choice toasted
  • 1/2 ripe avocado peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 egg sunny side up
  • 2 tsp chili oil

Instructions
 

  • Toast your bread and gently place your sliced avocado on top. Season lightly with kosher salt.
  • Top the avocado layer with a fried egg.
  • Drizzle with chili oil.
