SHEET PAN CHICKEN AND POTATOES

Equipment

  • 1 large baking pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs trimmed
  • 1 lb potatoes, peeled and chopped about 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 1 lemon halved

For the marinade

  • ½ cup avocado oil or any neutral oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp oregano
  • ½ tbsp parsley
  • ½ tbsp celery salt 
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
