Pomegranate Yogurt Popsicles

A simple and delicious way to enjoy the benefits of pomegranate juice in popsicle form. Layered with a silky honey yogurt to balance the tartness of the pomegranates, it's a lighter but still satisfying way to indulge.

Equipment

  • 1 popsicle mold

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk to loosen the Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup or any sweetener of choice (e.g. honey)

Instructions
 

  • Add the Greek yogurt, milk, and honey to a small bowl and mix.
  • Fill the popsicle molds by layering pomegranate juice and yogurt mixture. Freeze for at least 5-6 hours or until fully frozen.
