Ingredients
  

FOR THE SMOOTHIE

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 dates pitted
  • 1 scoop of unflavored collagen or protein powder optional

FOR THE GLASS/CUP

  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients for smoothie to a blender and puree until everything is smooth and creamy
  • Smear the inner sides of the glass/cup with Greek yogurt and strawberry jam
  • Pour the smoothie into the glass and enjoy
