Instructions
Add the tenderloins into a large bowl along with the ingredients for the lemon garlic marinade. Mix well and let it sit covered for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Thread each tenderloin lengthwise onto the wet skewer and lay them out in a single layer on a baking pan.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until internal thermometer reaches 165 degrees.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley* (optional) and serve immediately.
