Korean Gochujang Sauce (Cho-Gochujang) – Sweet, Spicy & Tangy

This Korean Gochujang Sauce (Cho-Gochujang) is spicy, sweet, tangy, and takes just minutes to make. Perfect for bibimbap, lettuce wraps, rice bowls, and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup red pepper paste Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well blended.
  • Serve and keep any leftovers stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a few weeks.
