Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz baby spinach about 2 handfuls
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax meal
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender starting with the spinach.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
