Instructions
Melt the chocolate
Combine chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth. Let cool 2–3 minutes until fluid but not steaming.
Start layer one — strawberries.
Add a generous layer of chopped strawberries to the base of each cup, covering the bottom completely.
Layer two — pistachio cream.
Spoon a generous layer of crunchy pistachio cream over the strawberries. Spread gently — it doesn't need to be perfectly even.
Layer three — chocolate.
Drizzle or pour melted dark chocolate over the pistachio cream layer.
Layer four - crushed pistachios.
Sprinkle a handful of crushed pistachios over the chocolate.
Repeat
Continue layering — strawberries, pistachio cream, chocolate, pistachios — stacking until you reach the very top of the cup.
Finish the top
End with a generous drizzle of chocolate and a big handful of crushed pistachios for maximum visual impact.
Serve
Enjoy immediately while the chocolate is still slightly fluid, or refrigerate for 10 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture. Best eaten the same day.
