18medjool dates
18 almonds
2.5ozBoursin cheese Shallot and Chive variety

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Use a small pairing knife to make a slit along the medjool date lengthwise. Remove the pit and replace it with an almond.
Smear a small dab (about 1/2 tsp) of Boursin cheese into the slit and wrap the date in the bacon. Insert a toothpick through the center of the date to hold everything together.
Bake for 10 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 6 to 8 minutes until bacon is fully cooked.
Place the cooked bacon wrapped dates on paper towels to drain any additional fat then set on a platter to serve.
