Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grate in one garlic clove. Use tongs to toss and ensure the green beans are well coated with the olive oil, garlic and seasonings.
Air fry at 375 degrees for 8 minutes to achieve green beans that are crispy yet tender on the inside. If you prefer a softer texture, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Top with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
