BANG BANG SAUCE
1/2cupkewpie mayo
1/4cupsweet chili sauce
2tspsriracha
1tspgarlic powder

Soak your wooden skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes
Add chopped chicken into a large bowl and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and oil
Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Combine all the ingredients for the Bang Bang sauce into a small bowl until well incorporated. Divide the sauce into 2 small bowls: one for basting the chicken and the other for dipping/serving.
Skewer the chicken pieces onto the wooden skewers until 2/3 of the skewer is full (about 7-8 pieces of chicken).
Lay the skewers onto your air fryer tray and air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Baste the tops of the skewers with the bang bang sauce and air fry for 3-4 minutes, then flip and baste the other side and air fry for additional 3-4 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit and chicken is fully cooked through. *NOTE: Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer
Drizzle the skewers with additional sauce and use the remaining sauce for dipping. Serve immediately.
