32 frozen dumplings or potstickers about 8 per person 4 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp black vinegar 8 tsp toasted sesame oil 2 green onion stalks thinly sliced 4 tsp chili oil FOR GARNISH 2 tsp sesame seeds 2 green onion stalks thinly sliced (only the green part)

ADD THE SAUCE To each bowl, drizzle 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp black vinegar, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 stalk of sliced green onion, and 2 tsp chili oil* (optional).
