Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions and reserve about a cup of the starchy noodle water.
To each individual bowl, add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1/2 tablespoon hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon black vinegar, 1 tsp honey, and one grated garlic clove. Mix until well combined.
Add about a quarter cup of the reserved noodle water to each bowl and mix, then add a serving of cooked noodles. Mix until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
Top with sliced cucumber, chopped cilantro and peanuts and garnish with sesame seeds and chili oil* (optional)
