Fall may be officially here, but with temps still in the mid-80s here in Florida, we’re living in that in-between season where comfort food meets light weeknight dinners. This week’s menu reflects just that: cozy, hearty meals with a hint of fall flavor — but still quick and simple enough for busy evenings.
We’re starting the week strong with creamy shrimp and grits (a Southern-inspired hug in a bowl), moving into sticky-sweet honey soy wings, and then switching it up with a restaurant-worthy garlic shrimp pasta. Later in the week, we’ve got a one-pan chicken and potatoes with pan gravy (because nothing beats crispy chicken and golden potatoes), and finally, a crave-worthy rice cake stir fry to close things out.
