Add 3 tbsp of cookie dough to croissant bottoms and bake at 320 degrees F for 5-6 minutes or until the cookie dough has baked and turned golden.
Remove from oven and place the croissant tops over the baked cookie dough layer. Add 2 tbsp of cookie dough over the croissant tops. Bake again for 3 minutes or until the top cookie dough layer is baked.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
